Team Fit Mom & Team Fit Girl's, 12 weeks Phase 4 Training Plan is designed for those who have successfully completed Phase I, Phase II, and phase 3 programs. Phase III will introduce your body to a form of strength training called drop sets. This prep plan guides you through all of your strength training, HIIT Cardio and Clean Eating Meal Plan. This is the MECA of all training Plans... and will get your physique in RIP ROARING shape for either competition, photo shoot, vacation, reunion of life goals!

*The Team Fit Coaching Promise: You will receive dedicated coaching support by a Team Fit Authorized Coach over the 12-weeks of your Team Fit plan. This period is valid from day of purchase until 12 -weeks after. In addition you also have lifetime access to the Team Fit Tribe and Support Page where you can ask our pros for tips and tricks to support your fitness journey both during and after you have completed your plan.
